By finalising payment for an order you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.

Use of this website is subject to these Terms of Use.

Pricing

All prices are in $AU (Australian Dollars). Prices, products and offers include GST

All prices are correct at the time of online publication. Prices are subject to change without notice. Online pricing may differ from prices available in RAINBOW CRYSTAL Shops.

All items are promoted in good faith to be available at the time of ordering.

Sale items are only available at the lower price during the sale period.

Unforseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable.

We reserve the right to correct any printing errors.

Processing of orders will not take place until payment has been received and cleared.

Australian Delivery

Please note that domestic orders are sent via Australia Post. All orders must include a daytime delivery address and contact details. Please note that we are unable to accept orders to P.O. Box numbers.

Delivery Delays

Unforseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in despatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay. You may cancel such an order at any time prior to processing.

International Ordering

International orders are traceable to the point where they have left Australia. The delivery of these orders are subsequently reliant on overseas postal services. The RAINBOW CRYSTAL Shop will provide as much assistance as possible in tracing misdirected items but cannot be responsible for items lost by overseas postal services.

Additional Identification

Some international orders may require additional identification before being processed. The transmission of this information to RAINBOW CRYSTAL may affect estimated delivery times. RAINBOW CRYSTAL reserves the right to request additional identification prior to processing orders originating outside Australia.

Customs and International Duty

While Australian tax (G.S.T.) is removed from all international orders please be aware that your order may be subject to local Custom's duties and/or local taxes in the country of destination. Please check with your local authority to ascertain applicable rates. Any additional charge must be borne by the recipient.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We will not refund for any reason if a customer changes their mind. We may consider exchange if a customer contacts us within 24 hours of receipt and the goods are not damaged in any way. Rainbow Crystal reserves the right to refuse an exchange.

If goods arrive damaged and no postal insurance was chosen Rainbow Crystal will not refund or replace goods. Rainbow Crystal will ensure goods are packaged in quality material with plenty of padding on fragile items. If goods arrive damaged or broken and postal insurance was paid for please contact Rainbow Crystal within 24 hours of receipt to organise a replacement or refund. All damaged/broken goods must be returned to Rainbow Crystal before a refund/exchange can take place. No refund or exchange will take place without contact with Rainbow Crystal prior to sending goods.

Overseas Returns

Please contact us prior to returning goods to the RAINBOW CRYSTAL Shop. Where a refund of goods is payable all items are required to be returned by the recipient at their own expense. Upon receipt of the returned goods the RAINBOW CRYSTAL Shop will:

Refund the original cost of goods plus the initial delivery charge.

Refund the mutually agreed return postage charge

No goods shall be refunded without prior agreement between the recipient and/or customer and the RAINBOW CRYSTAL Shop. Please include all return postage receipts. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error. All returns of international shipments are subject to our International terms and conditions.

Australian Law

There are a number of Australian laws in pertaining to fair trading and privacy including the Trade Practices Act 1974 and the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 (with Amendments in 2000).
